General Philosophy

At Shrinidhi Machine Tools, we stand behind the quality and performance of our equipment. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and warranty claims to ensure a transparent and satisfactory experience for our valued customers.

Our goal is to provide machinery that meets your precise technical specifications and quality expectations. Due to the significant size, cost, and custom nature of industrial machine tools, all sales are considered final once the equipment is delivered and installed, except under the specific conditions outlined in this policy.

Shipping Information

Delivery Timeline

Products will be delivered within 1-2 business days after order confirmation and payment processing.

Replacement/Exchange Delivery

Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered within 3-4 business days after approval of the return request.

Warranty Coverage

Standard Warranty Period

All Shrinidhi Machine Tools come with a standard 12-month warranty from the date of installation or 18 months from the date of dispatch from our warehouse, whichever occurs first.

What is Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
Proper maintenance according to guidelines
Repair or replacement of defective components

What is Not Covered

Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect
Failure to follow operating instructions
Consumable parts (filters, belts, seals, etc.)
Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidents or acts of nature
Machines modified by unauthorized personnel

Return Eligibility for Non-Defective Goods

Returns of non-defective, standard machines are extremely limited and subject to prior written authorization from Shrinidhi Machine Tools management.

Eligibility Conditions

Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
Machine must be unused and in original packaging
Must not have been installed or powered on
20-25% restocking fee applies
Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

Machines built to custom specifications
Special sizes, voltages, or controls
Items without Return Authorization (RMA) number

Return/Refund Request Window

Request for return or exchange can be made within 7 to 8 hours of delivery for standard items.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be credited within 7-8 business days to the original source of payment after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Procedure for Returns & Warranty Claims

Notification

Contact our service department immediately with your sales order number, machine model, and serial number. Describe the issue in detail with photos/videos if possible.

Troubleshooting & Resolution

Our technical team will work with you remotely to diagnose and potentially resolve the issue.

On-Site Service or Return Authorization

For covered defects, we will dispatch a technician. If return is authorized, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refund (if applicable)

Refunds for approved returns will be processed with in 7 to 8 days of inspection. Refund amount will be purchase price minus restocking fee and original shipping costs.
